Questions about getting started
What does Business Discovery include?
It takes about 1–2 weeks from the moment we receive the agreed access. You get a report, recommendations and three months of basic Steering Center to receive the materials. You pay once it is done. Integrations and views of live data are priced separately.
How do we agree on access to data?
We sign an NDA before any access. Together we agree which systems we need and how much access.
What stays with you when we stop working together?
The report and the data stay with you. You can keep using and developing the platform and dedicated solutions covered by the contract, under a licence. The contract sets out what is handed over. TORIS remains a ToruAI product made available separately.
Do I have to use TORIS?
No. We match the scope of implementation and consulting to the need. TORIS can join Steering Center as a tool for questions, analysis and research.
