Numbers you can trust
We agree how each metric is calculated, where the data comes from and what is missing, then build a view for the owner.

Example: the sales report shows a margin of PLN 124k, or 31% of revenue; the finance report shows PLN 96k, or 24%. Taking the sum apart shows that the sales report does not deduct the delivery cost (PLN 28k). With one agreed definition both views show PLN 96k. Nobody records customer service time, so it stays marked as missing data, not zero.
Margin after discounts, cost of goods and delivery, before fixed costs. Missing service-time data stays marked, not counted as zero.
What we do
- We start from the decisions you make and the numbers you need for them.
- We agree one definition of each metric: which costs go into the result and how discounts and delivery are counted.
- We bring data from several systems together and check that it adds up.
- We mark gaps in the data instead of guessing them.
What you get
- A description of the metrics: the definition, source and calculation of each.
- A view for the owner: margin, costs, customer profitability, acquisition and returning customers, within the data available.
- A list of data gaps and of what needs to be collected to fill them.
Which acquisition and returning customers pay off
We follow the path from a channel to a paid order, and which customers come back. How precisely sales can be attributed to channels depends on the data and on customer consents; we show that plainly too.
How we start
Initial call
30 minutes, free
You tell us what you want to improve or build. We say plainly whether we can help and where to start.
Business Discovery
PLN 5,000 net
The default first stage of the work, about 1–2 weeks from receiving the agreed access. NDA before access, payment on completion. You get a report, recommendations and a plan for the next steps; three months of basic Steering Center to review the report are included.
Implementation
Scope and price agreed separately
If we go further, we agree the scope and price. Discovery carries no obligation to continue; exceptions to this order are agreed case by case.
With data analytics, Discovery helps find where the problem is before we put the metrics in order.
Questions about this service
- We already have BI or reports in our ERP. Why analytics?
- A tool shows whatever goes into it. We put definitions and sources in order so the numbers agree, and we use what you already have.
- Do we need a data warehouse?
- We do not assume so. It depends on the number of sources and the scale of the data.
- How often is the data refreshed?
- We agree it in the scope, depending on the sources and how often you make decisions on these numbers.
- How is this different from TORIS?
- Data analytics is a service: we agree and build the metrics and views. TORIS is a product for your own questions and research on the data in Steering Center. This service does not require it.
