With a free, 30-minute initial call. You tell us what you want to improve or build; we say plainly whether we can help and what first step makes sense. The call does not require ordering Discovery.

Business Discovery costs PLN 5,000 net and takes about 1–2 weeks from receiving the agreed access. We sign an NDA before access, and payment is on completion. You get a report, recommendations and a plan for the next steps, plus three months of basic Steering Center to review the report.

Discovery is the default first stage of the actual work, because it shows where to start. Exceptions are agreed case by case, for example when the task is already well defined.

No. Discovery is a stand-alone stage. The report stays with you, and you decide on the next steps.

Individually: scope, schedule and price depend on the problem, the systems and the data. The only price we publish is for Business Discovery. Integrations and live-data views belong to an implementation agreed separately.

We implement, train and advise. Putting the agreed changes into daily work is up to your team. We do not promise a specific financial result.

A contact person, access to the data and systems needed within the agreed scope, and regular meetings during the implementation.

There are five: AI consulting and implementation, AI agents, workflow automation, system integration and data analytics. If it makes sense, we combine them in one project, usually around Steering Center.

We can assess whether the tool is ready for your team to use on real data and point out what needs fixing. Taking over maintenance and further implementation are agreed case by case.

We sign an NDA before access. Together we agree which systems and data are needed, in what scope and on what terms we work with the data.

The report and the data stay with you. You can keep using and developing the platform and dedicated solutions covered by the contract under the licence. The contract sets the scope of the handover. TORIS remains a ToruAI product provided separately.

TORIS is a ToruAI product for questions, analysis and research on the data gathered in Steering Center. You do not need it to order our services.
