Example: order #1048 from the shop reaches accounting and the warehouse with the same customer, items and amount. One L2 lamp is out of stock, so a task is created for Marta and the status "on hold: item missing" flows back to the shop. Customer service sees the same as the warehouse.
The connection moves the data and shows the mismatch. A person sorts out the missing item.

The default first stage of the work, about 1–2 weeks from receiving the agreed access. NDA before access, payment on completion. You get a report, recommendations and a plan for the next steps; three months of basic Steering Center to review the report are included.

Scope and price agreed separately
If we go further, we agree the scope and price. Discovery carries no obligation to continue; exceptions to this order are agreed case by case.
With integration, Discovery helps establish which flows take your team the most time and which system is right.
Questions about this service
- Can you connect any system?
- It depends on the available APIs, exports and the agreed scope. We check this before pricing; not every system can be connected in the same way.
- Will data move instantly?
- We set the frequency to your needs and what the systems allow. Not every piece of information has to move at once.
- What if a vendor changes their system?
- A change on the vendor side may need the connection to be adjusted. How it is maintained is agreed in the scope of the implementation.
- How is integration different from data analytics?
- Integration moves data in daily work. Data analytics puts the numbers from those systems in order and agrees how to calculate them.
