Example: a company wants a procedures assistant. Three versions of the same instruction give different values, and one has no owner. The team picks the current version and the person responsible; the older versions are retired. First rollout: the assistant answers a question from the agreed version and names it as its source.
Here the review showed that the source had to be agreed first. It is one example, not a rule: not every project starts with tidying documents.

We check whether it does what the process needs, what data it works on, who can access it and what happens when something goes wrong. You get an assessment and a list of fixes before your team uses it. Taking over maintenance and further implementation are agreed case by case.

Business Discovery
PLN 5,000 net
The default first stage of the work, about 1–2 weeks from receiving the agreed access. NDA before access, payment on completion. You get a report, recommendations and a plan for the next steps; three months of basic Steering Center to review the report are included.
Implementation
Scope and price agreed separately
If we go further, we agree the scope and price. Discovery carries no obligation to continue; exceptions to this order are agreed case by case.
With this service, Discovery helps you choose the use and the order of the work.
Questions about this service
- Does our data need to be tidy before we start?
- No. We start by establishing what data exists, where it lives and what is missing. Gaps are stated plainly; that is a result too.
- How is the Discovery report different from a reporting dashboard?
- The Discovery report sets out findings, recommendations and a plan for the next steps, and it stays with you. A dashboard with live data is a separate implementation, if you decide on one later.
- Who changes the way we work day to day?
- We implement, train and advise. Putting the agreed changes into daily work is up to your team. We do not promise a specific financial result.
- Do we need TORIS?
- No. We build most solutions around Steering Center. TORIS, our product for questions and research on that data, can join it, but it is not a condition of working with us.
